Violin Videos #2 - La Follia w/ new violin testing

So, it’s been a while since I’ve posted a violin video. And that’s because I‘m in a “upgrading violins” situation rn. This video showcases one of 2 violins I’m trying out right now. I might post a video with the other violin.

I really like this violin, it speaks out to me pretty well. It’s fit for light-hearted and frantic pieces while being a little (but not much) challenge for the mellower pieces. I’m playing the last 3 variations of the first violin part La Follia (it’s a chamber work), where you can see me desperately try to work the bow in lol.
